Water-base Rust Inhibitor is suitable for anti-rust treatment of ferrous metals in newly installed industrial systems.
After rust removing, it provides rust inhibition effect to new metal pipelines of shipbuilding, petroleum platforms and chemical plants.

使用方法:
1. 使用條件：使用前要求管路或工件表面無油、無銹和其他異物。
2. 使用濃度：
4%—6%: 即1噸清洗液加入40-60KG本品 ，防銹時間3—7天
10%—15%: 即1噸清洗液加入10-15KG本品 ，防銹時間3—6個月
3. 使用時間：機械循環或浸泡3小時即可達到防銹效果。
4. 可重復利用，節約成本。
5. 存儲：常溫存儲
DIRECTIONS
1. Use conditions: before using, no oil, rust or other foreign matters should be left in pipelines or on workpieces’ surface.
2. Usage concentration:
For 3-7 days of rusting inhibition period, the recommended concentration is 4-6%, which means to add 40–60 Kg rust inhibitor in 1 ton of working solution.
For 3-6 months of rusting inhibition period, the recommended concentration is 10-15%, which means to add 100–150 Kg rust inhibitor in 1 ton of working solution.
3. Treatment time: circulating or soaking for three hours is enough.
4. Reusable and cost-saving.
5. Storage: room temperature.
